CS

Technical Data

Working Pressure: Up to 80 MPa

Speed: Reciprocating motion up to 15 m/s, frequency up to 5 Hz

Temperature: -45°C to +200°C, depending on O-ring material. Examples: Standard Nitrile Rubber (material code: N): -30~+100°C; Low-Temperature Nitrile Rubber (material code: T): -45~+100°C; High-Temperature Fluoroelastomer (material code: V): -10~+200°C

Media: Mineral hydraulic oil, fire-resistant hydraulic oil, eco-friendly hydraulic oil (bio-oil), water and other media, depending on O-ring material

Clearance: Table 1 lists the maximum allowable radial clearance Smax, which is related to working pressure and functional diameter.

Advantages

Excellent static and dynamic sealing performance

Low friction coefficient, minimal energy loss, low heat generation

Good extrusion resistance

Wear-resistant with long service life

Wide operating temperature range, good chemical resistance (depending on O-ring material)

No adhesion to mating surfaces even after prolonged periods of inactivity

Materials

Sealing Ring: C106

O-Ring: Standard Nitrile Rubber N (NBR, Shore A70)

Low-Temperature Nitrile Rubber L (NBR, Shore A70)

High-Temperature Fluoroelastomer V (FKM, Shore A70)

Combination Codes: C106N / C106L / C106V

Other Materials:

CM15: Suitable for high-frequency, short-stroke, and unlubricated hydraulic oil applications

U651: Special polyurethane, highly wear-resistant, excellent extrusion resistance; compatible with stainless steel and ceramic coatings

P108: Extremely wear-resistant, suitable for ceramic surfaces
